Cluster membership is realized, maintained and terminated as stated below.

Application and Admission to Membership

Admission to membership is made with apply to BİLKÜM with the complete participation declaration form and company introduction document of the candidate companies that meet the following conditions and the application is approved by the Board of Management of BİLKÜM. The following conditions are sought in BİLKÜM Members:

Carrying out R&D and innovation activities in the field of Information Technologies

To be located in the technology development zone within Turkey's borders or to have a R & D Center, to be the representative of the relevant departments of universities, to be among the members of non-governmental organizations operating in the field of information technologies

Being a service company that carries out activities that contribute to the development of companies operating in the field of Information Technologies.

The decision of the Board of Management of BİLKÜM is essential for the acceptance of the companies that meet the above conditions. In line with the decision of the Board of Management, the application companies accepted for membership are notified in writing and / or by e-mail, and their name and contact information are added to the "Member Firms" list on the cluster web page.

Maintenance of Membership

Cluster member firms submit the year-end summary information to the cluster management at the end of May of the year following the end of each year with the "Clustering Firm Information Form". With this notification, the cluster member firm declares that it will continue its clustering activities.

Termination of Membership

Members who want to terminate their membership of BİLKÜM send their request to terminate membership to BİLKÜM management with a petition. If the petition submitted is evaluated in the Board of Management and deemed appropriate, the company is removed from membership.

The membership of the member who does not submit the "Clustering Firm Information Form" two years in a row is automatically canceled and the name and contact information of the company is removed from cluster web page company list.

In case of a request by third parties to terminate the membership of BİLKÜM or the improper behavior of the member, the situation of the member is discussed in the Board of Management together with the relevant reasons and the matter is resolved in the Board of Management.
